1. Services Provided
Capulet Art & Framing Inc. provides the following:
Custom picture framing
Art rentals for residential and corporate spaces
Art sales and exhibitions
Event-based services like live painting and gallery curation
These terms of service apply to all in-person and online transactions.
All services are provided from our storefront in Richmond, BC, Canada, or through our website.
2. Payment Terms
We accept payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other secure online payment processors such as Stripe.
All pricing is in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
Full payment is required before custom framing or shipping.
Orders placed online are subject to confirmation and availability.
3. Returns, Refunds & Adjustments
Due to the personalized nature of our products and services:
Custom framing orders are non-refundable.
Art rentals and artwork sales are final.
If your item arrives damaged or there is a craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and we’ll work to resolve the issue, including possible repair, replacement, or store credit.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times for custom work typically range from 7–10 business days.
We ship within Canada and the U.S., using trusted carriers.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including artwork, images, logos, and text — is the property of Capulet Art & Framing Inc. or its artists and partners and may not be reproduced without permission.
6. Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Please review our Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
7. Event Participation (Exhibitions, Live Painting, etc.)
Event registration or participation may be subject to additional terms.
We reserve the right to modify event details or cancel if necessary.
Tickets or fees for events are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

Capulet Art & Framing Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services or website. We do our best to ensure high-quality service, but some factors (e.g., shipping delays, third-party software issues) are out of our control.
